Problem Statement
The project aimed to extract actionable insights from pizza sales data. Using Excel for interactive dashboards and SQL for backend data validation, key business indicators were calculated and visualized to understand sales patterns, customer behavior, and performance of pizza categories and sizes.

Key Insights
- Sales peaked during lunch and dinner hours, with 7 PM being the busiest time.
- Large-sized pizzas were the most preferred, contributing to over 50% of total sales.
- Classic and Veggie pizza categories performed best in terms of volume and revenue.
- Average order value remained consistent across weekdays but rose slightly during weekends.
- ‘Deluxe Veggie’ and ‘BBQ Chicken’ were the top-selling pizzas, while ‘Spinach Alfredo’ had the lowest sales.
